London Madame Tussauds

The world famous waxwork exhibition, where visitors wander among life-like wax figures of historical and contemporary famous people. Madame Tussauds is arranged in galleries, including one covering history, superstars, sporting heroes, famous actors, the grand hall and a chamber of horrors.

In recent years Madame Tussauds has been quick to use the latest technology to add interactive exhibits too. You can sing with Kyle, kick with Johnny Wilkinson, try out as a Pop Idol, be snapped by the paparazzi, have your DNA checked or even get scared witless by serial killers.

This is one of London’s busiest attractions, and one where (especially during busy times of the year) you must book in advance – not just to avoid the queues, during busy periods tickets for whole days are sold out in advance.
